Life is good

...even if you didn't get the ONE job you really wanted, the relationship with this ONE guy didn't work out, or if you do not live exactly the ONE (dream) life you had imagined for yourself a few years back - well you can insert almost every life situation for these three, but life still is amazing! You just have to remind yourself: when ONE door closes, another opens and maybe this ONE holds even better things for you and your future!

Well hello

Hi guys....

...new blog - first post. Always a bit awkward, but here I am (again) after writing my first blog "I don't know where I am going but I'm on the way" for like two or maybe even three years until losing interest in blogging in 2011 - well now I'm back. 

Why? Hmmm...maybe because everything in my life is kind of uncertain right now. I just finished my Masters (MBA Marketing) and am more than willing to start my professional career but couldn't find a job yet - which is really frustrating after working like a maniac the last couple of years (including a Bachelors Degree in Textile Management, a semester abroad in China, an internship at the retail marketing department of a big international fashion company and a MBA).

My dream is to work as a Marketing Manager for a fashion company or an ageny - well kind of what every - or at least A LOT - of young women my age want to do. But after quite a few applications and interviews which didn't work out you start to question yourself: am I too inexperienced, do i occur too brisk in interview situations because I know what I want, what my passion is and what I don't want? I mean I know that I am kind of inexperienced and no expert by any means, but I am passionate about fashion, marketing and work in general - I have a hands-on mentality, I'm dedicated, flexible, eager to learn....

I feel like my life is on hold right now. Waiting and hoping every day. I moved in with my parents again, which live up north in Germany in a small town while I hope to find a job in a big city to start my dream of living and working an independent life. While it get's more difficult every day I try to stay positive and see something good in every day.

So here I am up in the air, more than ready for this wonderful life. I hope to take you with me on my journey...which hopefully leads to an exciting life SOON!
